Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality control, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

If approved, we will issue a replacement only. Refunds are not offered for damaged items — replacements only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed after receiving a product will be disputed with full evidence, including tracking, delivery confirmation, and communication logs.
